Terms and Conditions
We pride ourselves on our quality in growing, selecting and packaging your dahlia tubers. Please read through and acknowledge the below terms of sale prior to your purchase.
We cannot reserve tubers and will not take requests for purchases through avenues other than our website store. Please note that some of our tubers are available in small quantities and may be removed from your cart prior to checkout. Simply placing an item in your cart does not hold that stock for you, and completion of the checkout process must be completed to ensure your purchase.
All our orders will be packed and sent beginning in October through to early November and will be posted in order of receipt.
We will combine shipping on orders, provided that your orders are made within the same 24 hour period. Please note that you will still be required to checkout as normal on each order (including postage), and shipping will be combined by way of a refund. of excess shipping charges. Please allow up to 5 working days for any said refund of shipping costs.
We pride ourselves on our quality, however, please note that tubers come in all shapes and sizes. We confirm that each individual tuber has been personally inspected immediately prior to sending to ensure viability regardless of size, shape or texture. Refunds will not be given for any of these reasons, unless the tuber is deemed unviable upon receipt by way of damage or deterioration of the product in transit.
Please ensure that your order is opened and unpacked upon receipt. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at hello@stonecropflora.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs. Please do not contact us via social media on Instagram or Facebook. Refunds or replacements (only if available) will be given if tubers are deemed unviable after postage. Any refunds after this time are not guaranteed and will be at our discretion.
Some tubers have been sent with eyes already growing shoots. Whilst we take all care in packing our tubers, refunds will not be offered if shoots are inadvertently broken off during transit. Shoots that have been knocked off will regrow and therefor the tuber will remain viable.
Please do not to plant tubers until the threat of frost has completely subsided. While the typical guideline in Australia suggests planting dahlias on the first weekend of November, you can adjust this to align with your local climate conditions, though it's advisable to do so with caution.
Kindly be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect storage after you have received your tubers, as well as for weather-related issues, growing conditions, pest or virus damage, plant performance, or any acts of negligence.
We carefully label all our dahlia cultivars, including individually labelling each tuber upon division. Should a rare mislabel occur, please contact us to discuss your refund options. Please note that we may request photographs to verify that it has been mislabelled from within our own catalogue of dahlias, and not from labelling/planting error on the purchaser’s end.
